Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Orders usually ship from our headquarters within 5-7 business days. However, during a promotion and/or sale ship times will vary, please allow up to 10 days for handling. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information.  For domestic orders, we offer our standard USPS First Class shipping (3-7 days). International orders typically add 1-2 weeks to the transit time.

Q: When will my presale item ship?

A: Presale items have an estimated wait time in the listing on our website. Typically 3-6 weeks.

Q: What if I order another item with my presale item?

A: We will hold your order until it is complete to ship unless other item is purchased in a separate transaction .

Q: When will you get more t-shirts, headbands, mugs, etc. back in stock?

A: While we restock Studio Tie-backs and Truefit Bands weekly, our clothing has a few variables such as season and how many colors/sizes are currently still available. Keep an eye out on Instagram and Facebook for updates on what has been added to the shop!

Q: Do you have different sizes of STUDIO TIE-BACKS™?

A: Yes! Our STUDIO TIE-BACK™ come in two sizes - Adult, will fit ages 4-105 and Tiny Tot, will fit ages 6 months to 3 years old (please email hello@strawrev.com ) for tiny tots size at this time). These are both suggested sizing, we have seen the larger size on tiny head and they work great as well!

Q: How does a gift certificate work?

A: We have electronic gift certificates. Once the transaction is complete your e-gift certificate will email to the email you provide. It can be used on any item in our shop, including sale items.

Q: How does apparel fit?

A: Each clothing item may have a different fit. Please see the description for the specific item you are interested in.

Q: How do I wash my STUDIO TIE-BACK™ and TRUEfit BAND?

A: For best results, hand wash and lay flat to dry. Iron once dry if needed.

Q: What is the return/exchange policy?

A: We believe in our products and want all of our customers to be happy with their purchase! If you have questions or concerns regarding your order, please email our customer service department at hello@strawrev.com.

Q: Do you offer wholesale pricing?

A: We offer all of our STAY-PUT HEADBANDS at wholesale prices to a select number of retailers. You will need to present your re-sellers permit to receive our line sheets. Please inquire directly with Michelle at michelle@strawrev.com for more information.
